So I have a couple of pears left over from last week’s Organics Live delivery. This week delivered Mesclun Mix, Kale, Garlic Scapes.
Ingredients:
Sand-which:
- President’s Choice Thing Hamburger Buns – (Whole grain whole wheat)
- 2 slices turkey
- 1 half pear cut up into thin slices
- Slice of mozzerella Cheese (Or try Brie- even better)
- dijon mustard
Salad
- 1 cup mesclun mix
- 1 half garlic scape diced into fine pieces
- Half pear cut into chunks
- cherry tomatos cut in half
- organic dijon yogurt dressing
- 1 small kale leaf – stalk removed, and fine diced
Toast the Hamburger buns, and layer the turkey, pear slices, and mozzerella – garnish with dijon mustard
Toss the salad ingredients together and drizzle with the dressing.
Lunch is ready – and FULL of health
