Go through this list – and make note of what you might already have on hand in your own kitchen pantry and food stocks.

 Shiitake Mushrooms (Sliced makes 1 cup)
 Cremini Mushrooms – (Sliced makes 1 cup)
 Button Mushrooms – (Sliced makes 1 cup)
 3 Cucumbers
 2 Gala Apples
 Mixed Lettuce
 Red Pepper (2)
 Baby Spinach
 Flat Leaf Parsley
Cilantro
Fresh Dill
 Mango (Diced makes 2 cups)
 Limes (4)
 Lemons (8)
cauliflower head
Kale 2
 Leeks
2 heads of Celery
Baby Lettuce
6 beets
Red onion
Spanish Onion
Tomatos (4)
Avocado
Fresh Ginger
Carrots  (5 pound bag)
3 heads of garlic
Butternut Squash
Dairy
 Bag of Parmesan Cheese
 Shredded Cheddar Bag
 1 cup half and half
 Plain Yogurt (Instead of Sour Cream)
 Cream Cheese – Plain
 Feta Cheese
Milk
Butter
Meat
 2-3 pounds Chuck Roast ( I personally found that Chuck did not make great meat- I would buy additional flank steak – and use THAT instead)
 Flank Steak
Sausage  (Your preference – regular or sweet – or garlic) – 4 links
Chicken Breasts  (I used thighs – much more flavour)
Pantry
 Beef Stock
 Chicken Stock
 3 cans coconut milk
 chipotle pepper adobo sauce
Rice Vinegar
Granulated Cane Sugar ( Or refined white)
Olive Oil
4 cans tuna
Dijon mustard
Penne Pasta ( I used Spelt)
Apple Cider Vinegar
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Honey
Brown Sugar
Soy Sauce
Sesame Oil
5 cans diced tomatos
1 can White Kidney Beans
1 Can black beans
4 boxes chicken stock  OR Vegetable Stock
1 box mushroom stock
Flour
Freezer
 Frozen Peas
 Frozen Spinach Block
 Edamame Beans
 small bag of frozen corn
 
Bulk Barn
 Corn Starch 1 cup
 Black Rice 2 cups
 Toasted Pumpkin Seeds
 Pepitas 1/2 cup
 Hot smoked Paprika ?
 1/2 cup Dry Wild Rice
Poppy Seeds (2 tsp)
Chopped Walnuts (1/2 cup)
Cumin
Oregano
Chili powder
onion powder
Barley ( 1 cup)
curry powder
2 cups brown lentils
Italian Seasoning
